Lockhart is the grandchild and daughter of actors Gene Lockhart, as well as actor June Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career at a young age. He wrote a rough script. She initially refused the part since the character wasn't robust. Glen was able to write an even stronger character with Sheba. After reading the initial 25 pages of the The Living Legend script, The Living Legend she accepted instantly. The show ran for a single season. Also, she starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
